For the first time this year, Salt Lake City hosted a Human Rights Day Celebration that was free to the public. Hosted by the Mayor’s Office of Diversity & Human Rights and the Salt Lake City Human Rights Commission. This year, the theme of the event was the celebration of Indigenous populations, inspired by the recent events in North Dakota.
